In a technological system of a coal preparation plant usually contains several main processing operations screening, gravity separation (heavy media separation, jigging, cyclone separation), ftotation, stream separation, blend production. In such system exists a possibility of coal separation controi in each particular operation. It involves a problem of optimum control (for example: a maximum production value with desired quality as an objective function) and a problem of suitable operating variables structure choice for the whole technological system. These problems are close related: correct control structure is a necessary condition of running optimization. Therefore it is advisable and essential to formulate a methodology of optimum operating variables structure determination on a present stage of production automatization in coal preparation plants. Processes running optimization requires changes in desired values of control systems. In this point of view computer simulation models are very helpful in control systems designing. The computer simulation in effective way makes possible: to consider different alternative solution oftechnological system, to analyze optimum criterias of preparation processes course at changes of trade contracts or at changes of raw coal characteristics. It is possible different conceptions analyzing of preparation processes control. Information about each controllabie variables influence on objective function we can to obtain using a sensitivity analysis. Results of the such analysis makes possible to determination control operating variables structure of complex technological system with takes into consideration the interactive influence control operating variables on the objective function. The proposed calculation method of optimum operating variables structure, using the sensitivity analysis, makes possible quick obtaining information on optimum control of technological processes at changes of raw coal characteristics or at changes of productive assumptions and it will be helpful in the dispatching control of technological system. These problems have been presented in a cyc1e ofthree papers. In the present paper (the first from cyc1e) production control problems in the technological system of a coal preparation process have been discussed. For typical technological system rules of a maximum production value with desired quality determination have been presented. The system analysis was calculated by simulation program of the coal preparation process. An integral part of this program is the algorithm of extremum function search of production maximum with desired quality. In order to better understand the described algorithm, the analysis has been extended. In this paper the system analysis in the case of an optimum setting of one control variable has been presented. |
